There are 8 matches and 1 balance on the table. Among the 8 matches, there are 7 matches with the same mass and 1 has the biggest mass. So how can we differentiate the one who has the biggest mass from the others.You can only weigh the matches twice. Try it out !!!!!!
Step 1 : Put four matches on one balance, and four on the other. The match with the biggest mass must be on the heavier balance. So, u can eliminate the lighter matches. Throw them aside. Ok, step 2........................
